Data Responsibility – Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before service. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or software issues.


Service Results – While we strive to resolve all issues, we cannot guarantee that every problem will be fixed or that repairs will prevent future issues.


Limited Warranty – Repairs are covered under a limited warranty of 14 days for the specific service performed. This does not cover unrelated problems, viruses, accidental damage, or misuse.


Third-Party Parts/Software – Any replacement parts or third-party software are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for performance or compatibility of third-party products. 


Liability – We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages (including lost data, business interruption, or loss of income) related to repair services.
