Terms and conditions 

At Hawkesbury Computers, we treat every computer like it’s our own. To make sure everything is clear, here are a few things you should know before we get started:

1. Your Data Matters – Please back up your important files before bringing in your device. While we do our best to keep your data safe, we can’t be responsible for any loss that might occur during service.


2. We’ll Do Our Best – We work hard to solve every issue, but sometimes repairs don’t fix every problem or prevent new ones from popping up later.


3. Warranty for Peace of Mind – Our repairs come with a 2 Month limited warranty that covers the specific issue we fixed. It doesn’t apply to new or unrelated problems, accidental damage, or viruses.


4. Parts and Software – If we use third-party parts or software, they’re covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll always let you know what’s being used.


5. No Surprises – We’re here to help, but we can’t take responsibility for lost data, business interruptions, or other indirect issues caused by computer problems.
